3 Juices That Help Your Brain

Spinach for Learning

Spinach juice offers antioxidants that quench free radicals which cause neurogenerative effects. The flavonoids in spinach can help reduce plaque buildup that is associated with Alzheimer’s disease. And one study published in Experimental Neurology showed less brain damage from the restricted blood supply and increased motor function following a stroke. Spinach also expands the brain’s learning capacity.

Kale Lowers Chances of Stroke

The American Academy of Neurology says “leafy greens are one of the best foods for brain health.” Kale’s vitamins A, C and E and selenium are integral for brain wellness. They also lower the chances of stroke. One cup of raw kale, which you can easily juice, contains 80.4 milligrams of vitamin C and 10,302 international units of vitamin A, or 134 percent and 206 percent of your daily required value, respectively.

Berries Improve Motor Control and Cognition

Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and other berries have benefits that may help prevent age-related memory loss and other brain changes, said scientists in ACS’ Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry. Berries’ antioxidants protect cells from damage by harmful free radicals. They also change the way neurons in the brain communicate; they also improve both motor control and cognition.

How can I access the other two juice recipes that help the brain? I see one recipe here, but can’t find the other two of the three recipes that aid the brain.

    Hi Cherie,
You replied to the inquiry for the other two recipes for the Brain health: “Just click on read more and you’ll get the full article. Or go to my blog page on my website”

Please try your suggestion and see what you come up with. I tried it and found that the other two recipes are not evident. Can you help to bring clarification to this inquiry?

I went to “read More” and still could only find 1 juice recipe. Is there a link for your blog?

  4. I have read al the people’s questions and I did the same thing they were instructed to do and clicked on to the link also and nothing more then the initial recipe comes up,just takes me to the page I was already on…question..is it set up this way so people have to purchase your products in order to get more recipes?? if that is the case then that should be stated…just wondering?

    • Most of the people were able to see the entire blog with all the recipes. We never set anything up so people have to purchase products. Both Donna and I connected to the full page from the link. I’m not sure why a few people can’t access the blog page. Try going onto the website and putting the tittle of the article in the website search bar.

  5. There are 3 bullet points with just 1 juice recipe under the berries bullet. Like the other reader, I don’t see any read more buttons once I click the one on the article on the blog post. You can’t click on anything, like the title or the body of the bullet to get more info. It is just a paragraph, no read more button or anything to click on.

I do see that all 3 bullet point ingredients are in the 1 juice recipe. I think the blog title implies there will be 3 separate juice recipes for the brain. A spinach juice recipe, a kale juice recipe and the berry juice recipe that is shown that combines all 3 of the ingredients. Here is what I see:
