Take this quiz and find out!

Have you blamed yourself for being overweight? As you can see, adrenal fatigue could be the cause! Stressed adrenals can also lead to a variety of secondary issues including thyroid dysfunction–thyroid and adrenals are closely connected. Adrenal fatigue is a gateway to other health issues as well. Don’t worry if you have burned-out adrenals.  Adrenal fatigue can be managed through a specialized supplement program, juicing at least two glasses of veggie juice a day, eating an anti-inflammatory diet, especially avoiding caffeine and sweets, getting adequate water intake (a minimum of 8 glasses a day), stress management, good sleep habits, and exercise.
