JUICING WITH HEART –

Juice and Raw Foods Cleanse Retreats

Juicing with Heart is a joining of my life’s work with my husband Fr. John’s work. This embodies what beautifully unfolds at our Juice & Raw Foods Retreats. We combine my passion and work with juicing, raw foods, and whole foods nutrition with my husband’s work with the heart as a psychotherapist. He’s a certified HeartMath provider and an Orthodox priest. Together we offer healing for spirit, soul, and body. I teach that what we eat and drink plays a huge part in our health. But I also know personally, and we have observed in our work with many people, that trauma and emotional pain can also cause ill health no matter how deeply it is buried. Often both body and soul need to be addressed in order for each of us to find wholeness.

“Health is a state of the body. Wellness is a state of being.”  —J. Stamford

Cherie’s Story:

One day my husband summed it up. “You truly are living your purpose,” he said. All the tragedy of your life has shaped a passion inside your soul to help others find their path to wholeness.”  WATCH YOUTUBE
