3 Keys to Improve Your Sleep

1) Detox, Detox, Detox

So what was it about the detox that helped Anna sleep better?

First off, a congested, toxic liver can cause sleep disturbances. The hours between 1 am and 3 am are when the liver cleanses the blood and performs many other functions. Waking during this time can mean that waste is not being processed well by your liver and it acts out causing insomnia and frayed nerves. Your brain may start chatting non-stop. You may also need to deal with unresolved anger and grudges towards others as part of your cleanse. Between 11 pm and 1 am is gallbladder time, which is related to liver.
