4 Detox Baths

Cleanse the Body, Relax the Mind, Support Healing

A detox bath is a way to help cleanse the body, relax the mind, and provide extra support to various systems of the body. There are different types of detox baths that you can take, each with their own goal and benefits provided. Some of them are pretty classic, others are baths you might not have heard about before. Try one of these detox baths the next time you need to unwind from a long day. 

1) Sea Salt and Baking Soda Bath
Detox for most types of Radiation

Pour one pound of sea salt and one pound of baking soda into a tub of hot water.  Soak for 20-30 minutes.

2) Baking Soda Bath
For radiations such as Barium Tests and Ingested Radioactive Isotopes

Pour two pounds of baking soda into a full tub of hot water. Soak in the tub for 20-30 minutes.

3) Clorox Bath:
Elimination of Chemicals and Heavy Metals

Pour 3/4 cup of Clorox into the full tub of hot water. Soak in the tub for 20-30 minutes. Use only Clorox brand bleach. Do not use Fresh Scent or powdered bleach or any other brand.

4) Apple Cider Vinegar Bath
 For Elimination of Uric Acid Deposits and some Chemicals

Pour one quart of raw apple cider vinegar into a tub of hot water. Soak for 30 minutes.
