6 New Year’s Resolutions You Should Keep

It’s time to let go of all the things from 2017 that weren’t good for you…the disappointments, the poor health, the extra weight, the financial challenges, the relationship challenges. Whatever it is, it’s time to let it all go. Join me in choosing to make 2018 your best year yet!

  1. Lose the weight you gained over the holiday season. A study from Cornell University showed that the extra pounds you put on between Halloween and Christmas can take more than five months to lose. If you don’t lose that weight you put on over the holidays, the scale will continue to creep up. But it doesn’t have to take 5 months. Join one of my weight loss programs such as Juicing for Weight Loss or The Watercress Soup Diet and accelerate your weight reversal.
  2. Get moving; keep moving. Plan to get some form of exercise for at least 30 minutes three times a week. Raise your metabolism and improve your circulation. Set your goals to include exercise each week, no matter what happens.
  3. Decide to spend less time on your iPhone and internet and more time with people. Put down your phone when you’re with family and friends and give them your undivided attention. Nourish your soul with meaningful relationships. Too many people have a close and personal relationship with their iPhone or iPad.
  4. Find new ways to comfort your soul than with comfort foods. Write down your top 3 comfort foods and determine not to eat them for the whole month of January. As you fast from the comfort foods that have you captivated, you can free yourself from some food addictions.
  5. Set your goal to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. You’ll feel better when you are well hydrated. Give it a try!
  6. Remove all toxicity from your life. From toxic people to toxic food, this is a new year for choosing the best of everything for you. One of the best ways to get rid of physical toxins is to join my 30-Day Detox.

Pink Morning

  • 1 large pink grapefruit, peeled
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1-inch-chunk fresh ginger root, peeled

Cut produce to fit your juicer’s feed tube. Juice ingredients and stir. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible. Serves 1.

    I have a question about (The Para Cleansing Kit). Do I have to follow any special diet while taking it? I have a busy working schedule. Will it disturb my work schedule?

    • With the Para Cleanse Kit, you get the best results by eating less, like juice fasting. Next would be a vegan diet. But, that being said, I have had excellent results with the cleanse even adding a little animal protein. The most important thing is to avoid all sweets, gluten and all grains, dairy, all junk food, fried food, fast food, etc. Eat only pure organic food.

    • You could benefit from my colon cleanse program with several glasses of green juice each day. Also take probiotics. Eat no sweets or gluten or dairy. Avoid coffee.

  3. allergic to stevia what other product can i use instead of your superfood?

    • I don’t know another product to recommend. You could check with your health food store.
