Green Juices Cleanse and Nourish the Liver & Cleanse the Blood

Today’s Recipe Green Power Morning

  • 3 carrots, scrubbed well, tops removed, ends trimmed
  • 2 ribs of celery with leaves
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 cucumber, peeled if not organic
  • 1/2 green apple

Cut produce to fit your juicer’s feed tube. Juice all ingredients and stir. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible. Serves 1.
