5 Benefits of Cabbage Juice

Red cabbage is even more nutritious than green cabbage. Following are some of the amazing benefits it offers you:

  1. Protects your heart.  It raises levels of beta-carotene, lutein, and other heart-protective antioxidants.
  2. Lowers cholesterol. It also helps lower “oxidized” LDL, which is linked to the hardening of arteries.
