CELLULITE TO CANCER

Cellulite to Cancer: The Cinderella Cure

Like Cinderella who had to clean up all the messes for her stepsisters, the lymphatic system must clean up messes made by nearly all other systems of the body.  The lymphatic system is usually regarded as the lesser sibling to the circulatory system, at least in this country, but not the Far East and Europe.

It’s actually crucial in your ability to heal and prevent disease. It’s a supportive detoxification system and works with the immune, digestion, and nervous systems.  Many holistic health care professionals believe a toxic lymphatic system is an underlying contributor to everything from cellulite to cancer. Indeed, cancer ofter metastasizes through the lymphatic system. This system has multiple purposes: two important functions include bathing cells with nutrients and carrying away waste.

In order to cleanse the lymphatics, you need breath and movement.  This system has no pump, unlike the circulatory system, which has the heart to pump blood. Your lymphatic system relies on movement. Most of us lead a very sedentary lives. This is a setup for stagnant lymph. Should your lymph system become blocked or congested because of illness, surgery, toxicity, or too little activity, your lymph fluid can back up.

This can contribute to swelling, joint pain, cellulite, nausea, poor immune function, and fatigue. Cancer cells or mutated cells move through the lymph fluid, where they are targeted and destroyed in the lymph nodes, if your system is up for the task. But if the lymph fluid is congested and toxic, your body may store stagnant lymph in nodes for a long period of time. This can be serious. Cancer can develop.

When this system clogs up, you can experience unpleasant symptoms.

Symptoms of a Toxic Lymph System

  • allergies and food sensitivities
  • frequent cold and flu
  • joint pain and back pain
  • headaches and migraines
  • menstrual cramps
  • arthritis
  • fibrocystic breasts and breast tenderness
  • sinus infections
  • loss of appetite
  • GI problems
  • muscle cramps
  • swelling
  • fatigue
  • mental fog
  • mood swings and depression
  • parasites
  • skin breakouts and acne
  • heaviness in your abdomen

Want to streamline your thighs?  Cellulite is a trap of too many fat cells, lymph fluid, and toxins.  You can get rid of these pockets of fat through movement, detoxification, and massage of those areas and lymphatic drainage massage.

The Cinderella Cure

Like the scullery maid who transformed herself, you can clean up the messes of the lymph system and transform your health.  By cleansing the lymphatic system, you can help all the other systems of your body. Here is what you can do:

Eat a Clean Diet

If you eat primarily organic food avoiding pesticides as much as possible, avoid junk food and fast food, and choose grass fed, free range that have not been pumped full of hormones and antibiotics and fed pesticide sprayed food, you’ll lesson the toxic burden of your body.

Detox Your Body

You want to detox your colon, liver and gallbladder along with your lymphatic system.  The 5-day Juice Fassst can do wonders for cleansing and lymphatic detoxing.  Also, the Mini Cleanse is very helpful, which is the 7-day Colon Cleanse program.  But the best program of all is to do the 30-Day Detox. This gives your body a thorough cleansing. If you want to do something immediately, get the Lymph Rejuvenator, which is an herbal tincture that is very effective in clearing out old lymph.  (Don’t be surprised if your urine has what appears like soap bubbles.)

Get Your Lymph Moving

There are only two ways to move that lymph along its channels:  breathing and movement.  Exercise is a must.  Find what you love and do it faithfully—walk, aerobics, combo exercise classes, swimming, Zumba—whatever it is, get moving.

Lymphasizer

swingI highly recommend the Lymphasizer. It was designed by a Japanese doctor to move the body like a fish moves through water.  It is designed to move the lymph.  I’ve seen this firsthand as a large amount of lymph was released from my body once after spending about 25 minutes on the Lymphasizer.  And it’s so easy.  You just lie on the floor with your feet in the grooves and it does the rest.

Sweat

Spend time in the sauna frequently. Sweating helps detoxify the body and supports the lymphatic system.

Emotional Detox

Feeling stuck or unable to express how you feel can impact the lymphatic system.  Speak up!  Your health may depend on it.

Foods that Get the Lymph Moving

Think red:  berries, pomegranate, cherries, cranberries, watermelon, and beets all support healthy lymphatic flow.

Does your body really sweat out toxins, or it that just wishful thinking? I’ve always believed that, but read several articles
recently by doctors that stated the only way your body rids
itself of toxins is when you defecate.

Please advise, because when I ride my bike, on a good day I
can lose 3 pounds of water.

    Thank you!

    • Yes, your body does sweat out toxins. Your skin is the largest organ of elimination. Toxins are released through the skin as well as the intestinal tract and also the kidneys and lungs. Your lymphatic system is a secondary organ of elimination that carries waste through the body. Any doctor that would say toxins are only eliminated through he intestinal tract has forgotten basic anatomy and physiology.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY A LARGE AMOUNT OF LYMPH WAS RELEASED??
