Fat Buster Blueberry Smoothie

Watercress has been shown in studies to promote weight loss.

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or other unsweetened plant milk)
  • 1 cup chopped watercress
  • 1-2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 6 ice cubes (optional, may not be needed if using frozen fruit
  • Several drops of liquid stevia (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process well until smooth and creamy/slushy. Serve as soon as possible
