Heal Parkinson’s Disease Naturally

I have met quite a few men recently who have Parkinson’s.  That had me wondering why there are so many men getting this disease.  I’ve been on a search to discover how it can be healed naturally.  Here’s what I have learned thus far to help turn this around:

  • Detoxify the body. It’s important to detox the lympathic system. See The Internal Cleanse Kit.
  • Cleanse and heal the colon. 80 % of the immune system is in the gastrointestinal tract.  This is why it is very important to do a Colon Cleanse.
  • Eat a clean and very healthy diet. The immune system is greatly compromised by an unhealthy diet.  Eliminate alcohol, coffee, sugar, wheat, dairy, corn and processed foods.
  • Don’t eat anything made with wheat, oats, rye, or barley. Here’s why: glyphosate (Roundup) is increasingly being used as a “dessicant” to dry out crops and speed harvesting. Glyphosate is associated with genetic damage (mutations), including chromosomal aberrations, even at doses below those recognized as “safe.” The herbicide acts as a potent endocrine disruptor, which can affect future reproductive health of young boys and girls. Glyphosate was even implicated recently in the development of autism, neurobehavioral problems in children, and other neurological diseases, including Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.  Don’t eat any crackers, bread, rolls, pasta, cakes, cookies, pies—anything made with flour.  Get only organic products.  It’s best to go gluten free.
  • Vitamin D deficiency can exacerbate this condition.
  • Eat only organic food, organic pastured/free range animal products, wild caught fish, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado, and raw nuts and seeds. Because Parkinson’s is inflammatory, eat the Anti-Inflammation Diet.
  • Exercise is very important.
  • Let go of toxic emotions.

Green smoothie with fresh fruits and vegetables

Anti-Inflammatory Cocktail

Serves 2

Fennel: anti-inflammatory, anti-histamine, analgesic, and antioxidant

Apple: inhibits the development of allergies; rich in histamine-lowering quercetin

Cucumber: analgesic (pain killer); antioxidant that prevents the synthesis of the

inflammatory compound prostaglandin

Broccoli: anti-carcinogenic, prevents gastric mucosal damage (suggesting

potential histamine-lowering action)

Ginger: as effective as an H2 receptor antagonist prescription drug


  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 large fennel with fonds
  • 1-inch-piece ginger root
  • 1 large broccoli stem
  • 3 leaves kale
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled if not organic

Cut produce to fi t your juicer. Start by juicing the apple and finish with the cucumber. Drink as soon as possible.

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 fennel bulb with fonds
  • 1-inch piece ginger root
  • 1 green apple
  • 1-inch-piece ginger, minced (optional)

  1. Have you seen Parkinson’s literally reversed with this protocol? Are there published studies? I would be leery of referring a friend unless there is some conclusive evidence that it works. Thanks.

      I cannot find a published study. But therein lies the problem. There is no money to fund such studies unless a university decides they want to do such a study. There are only individual stories. The wonderful part of this program is that nothing will hurt anyone; it will only help. So even if a person gets 10-20% better, that’s a step in the right direction.
