Are you feeding your brain the fuel it needs for optimal function?

    HI Cheri.. I have a quick a question. I have had 6 hrs. this week, in the dentist chair…multiple x-rays and large does of novacaine. I feel like a walking pharmacy! I do my juicing. Just tell me which vegs will flush this stuff out of my system quickest?

    • You should do a 3-day veggie juice fast. Wheatgrass juice is the best detoxifier.
