Liver Toxicity & Sleep

The liver is the main organ that controls sleep. During the night, when the body is the least active, the liver is the most active. This can produce sleeplessness. Here’s why. When the liver is unencumbered, it will do its work effortlessly, but if it is encumbered, it can become over-active in doing its work. This over activity awakens you after you have fallen asleep, which is usually between 12 am to 3am. It’s like trying to sleep in the midst of commotion. And the commotion is inside your body. You feel exhausted and you also feel wired. Having a clean liver usually prevents this type of sleeplessness from happening.

Stress can also be a culprit when it comes to sleeplessness. This results in the nerves losing their ability to keep the blood clean. Then toxins remain in circulation in the blood stream, which affects the liver. At night the nerves are unable to relax and sleep is hard to come by.

Here’s what a liver/gallbladder flush can do for you.  (If you don’t have a gallbladder, you need this even more.)

Why Everyone Should Do a Liver Flush

Our stressful, carb-filled lives cause abuse to the liver and overtax it.  Illness or disease are inevitable if we don’t cleanse and rejuvenate it.  To rebuild and repair the liver, it’s imperative that we:

  • Remove excess fat from the liver
  • Support the flow of bile
  • Flush out the toxins that have been stored in the liver
  • Dissolve or pass stones that are stored in the liver (yes the liver can get stones just like the gallbladder)
  • Regenerate damaged liver cells

Things That Harm the Liver

  • Overexertion; overworking, pushing yourself when you are tired
  • Overeating
  • Stress
  • Too much protein
  • Too many carbs, especially sugar (they get stored as fat in the liver)
  • Alcohol
  • Heavy metals
  • Pesticides
  • Parasites
  • Lack of exercise

Benefits from cleansing that you may never have heard before:

  • Hair stops falling out
  • Skin glows and you may get a face lift
  • Brain fog clears
  • You will enjoy life more
  • Better sleep

  2. Cherie, how often should we do the liver flush, drink the liver flush juice, daily, once a week, when we feel sluggish, or other?
    Thanks so much.

    • You should do the liver flush for 7 days. Then you can do the liver flush drink anytime you need that.
