JUICE THERAPY FOR ANXIETY

First off, how do you know if you have anxiety?  You may not think you have it even when you do. Recently a close family member received a very troubling diagnosis. I was resolved to help and see this through to triumphant healing. I felt calm and unflappable. But that night I didn’t sleep well. Nor did I sleep well for several nights after that and one night hardly at all. I had to admit. . . I was anxious.

Anxiety is a constant state of tension that can lead to the following:

  • Irritability
  • Sleeplessness
  • Fatigue
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Depression
  • Headaches
  • Trembling
  • Twitching
  • Sweating
  • Muscle tension, resulting in muscle pain and soreness

  • 3 fennel stalks
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 celery ribs
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 chunk ginger root
