Protect Yourself from the New Varients

It has come to my attention that N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) has shown the ability to block the attachment of damaging proteins (like the ones with the spikes) to receptor sites. If they can’t attach, the damage they can do is greatly reduced.

“NAC is the supplement form of cysteine, a semi-essential amino acid, found in high-protein foods such as eggs, chicken, and turkey.” It is often referred to as one of the building blocks of protein. It is an essential amino acid that helps “with various processes such as building muscle or regulating immune function. It is an antioxidant that delivers a “variety of benefits to the body, including strengthening immune defenses and supporting fertility, liver detoxification, and even muscle recovery. Among NAC’s many benefits is one that’s particularly timely: It may help relieve chronic respiratory conditions — which preliminary research suggests could play a pivotal role in supporting, preventing and treating those with COVID-19.”1

According to Pharmacy Times, “In the hospital, it is used in the intravenous and oral form to protect and restore the body before and after it has been exposed to certain chemicals, including radioactive dyes used to illuminate parts of the body during an MRI, and in the case of acetaminophen overdose. It’s also used sometimes to help cancer patients overcome the adverse events that may be associated with ifosfamide and cyclophosphamide.

NAC is an immediate precursor to a very precious substance that our body makes. It’s called glutathione. Amino acids such as cysteine, glutamate, and glycine are also natural precursors from the food we eat. Foods high in glutathione precursors are broccoli, cauliflower, and asparagus. Vegetables with a high sulfur content yield naturally high glutathione levels.”2  Be sure to add some of these veggies to your juices.

Toxins deplete glutathione. “Drug studies have measured the glutathione levels going down after the toxic exposure. Damage to the body and vital organs occurs, usually involving the liver or kidneys depending on the toxic exposure. Studies have also measured glutathione levels going up after NAC administration and damage to vital organs is mitigated.” That is why it is so important to do periodic detoxes such as JUICE FASTING  or the 30-DAY DETOX.  I’m currently investigating new cleanse kits since Blessed Herbs went out of business.  Stay tuned.

There is a campaign to make NAC illegal so it has become hard to get. People are buying it up. I was able to get close to the last of what my supplier had in stock. There is a HUGE demand for it right now.

Since Annie’s stroke two weeks ago, she has continued to make great progress.  She is now running at full speed and is her happy, bouncing self. She thinks she can go as hard as before so occasionally she “spins out” but gets right up and goes again. It has been recommended that we give her NAC, but just a small pinch on her homemade food. We pray for her every day and are loving our little angel back to life!!
