Apple Cider Vinegar Fat Blaster

  • 1 qt. purified water
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar (raw)
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • Several drops of stevia to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Drink a glass 20 minutes before a meal.
