“Since coming home from the retreat I have had minimal pain in my knee and feet!”

Since coming home from the retreat I have had minimal pain in my knee and feet and none most of the time. I just got home from my doctor. He took me off of Statin and off of two pain pills because I don’t need them. My diabetic A1C test was below even the prediabetic range. Thanks to the influence of my friend Donna, I have been eating healthy for a year and have lost 69 lbs. To my surprise I lost another 5 lbs. at the retreat. I feel so wonderful. I passed the dementia and Alzheimer’s screening tests with flying colors. I am praising God and feeling the power of fresh and raw foods at work in my body. I used to be on 7 medications. I am now down to just two. My doctor says he is looking forward to me getting off of the other two. Thanks to you and Father John for sharing your knowledge with all of us at the retreat. What a blessing!
