Liver Cleanse Juice Cocktail

Garlic helps your liver activate enzymes that can flush out toxins. It also has a high amount of allicin and selenium, two natural compounds that aid in liver cleansing.

  • 4-5 carrots, scrubbed, tops removed
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled, if not organic
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1-inch chunk ginger root
