In my twenties I had chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia.  I read about juicing and whole foods, and it made sense to me  to change my diet and start juicing. I bought my  juicer and designed a program I could follow. I kicked off my new diet with a five day juice fast. On the fifth day my body expelled a tumor the size of a golf ball with blue blood vessels attached. I now know that those blue blood vessels are part of the process known as angiogenesis—the production of blood vessels that feed then. Various phytonutrients in vegetables cut off those blood vessels. I saw the proof of that when my body expelled that tumor.
