Fight Fatigue

13 Tips You Can Do Now!

1. Eat more raw foods and drink fresh veggie juices each day. Live foods provide more nutrients that feed your cells and give you energy. They also provide biophotons (light rays of energy that feed your mitochondria—your energy units that produce ATP—energy fuel. If you can’t juice every day, get my green juice powder Garden’s Best. You can mix it in water on days when you can’t juice. It’s the next best thing to fresh juice.

2 Get moving. Regular exercise will make you feel less tired; you’ll have more energy.

3 Lose weight to gain energy. You can sign up today for my Sipping Skinny weight loss program.

4 Sleep well. If you have trouble sleeping, feed and heal your adrenals. Stressed adrenals are the most common cause of sleep problems. Increase your vitamin C and reduce your carbs. Cut out sweets, alcohol and caffeine. Take Vitality Renew. Get my book Stress and Adrenal Fatigue.

5 Reduce stress to boost energy. Stress truly depletes your body. I highly recommend my husband’s destress program using the emWave2.

6. Drink wheatgrass juice. It’s like high-octane fuel for your body. If you don’t have time to make fresh wheatgrass juice, get SweetWheat powder or capsules. It will help energize your body.

7. Cut out caffeine. The Royal College of Psychiatrists recommends that anyone feeling tired should cut out caffeine. It says the best way to do this is to gradually stop having all caffeine drinks over a 3-week period. This my sound like an oxymoron since most people drink coffee to gain energy. But the opposite ends up happening. Caffeine is depleting to the adrenal glands. It’s like whipping a poor tired horse to make him keep going. Eventually, he will completely collapse.

8. Drink less alcohol. Alcohol interferes with your sleep, which can make you feel more tired. Have mostly alcohol-free days each week.

9. Drink more water for increased energy. Sometimes you feel tired simply because you’re mildly dehydrated. A glass of water will do the trick, especially after exercise.

10. Always eat breakfast. People who regularly eat breakfast show less fatigue and stress.

11. Detox your body. Toxins can slow you down. Join the 30-Day Detox.

12. Get away for a health week. Join us for one of our Juice and Raw Foods Retreats. There isn’t a lot that refreshes the soul and body like a vacation.

13. Get sunshine everyday. The sun is very energizing.
