Helps Reduce Excessive Facial Hair

This condition is caused by hormonal imbalances. Applying turmeric to the skin and taking it orally can be helpful.

RECIPE

Turmeric Time

  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 celery ribs
  • 1 chard leaf
  • 1/2 apple or1/2  lemon
  • 1-inch chunk ginger root
  • 1-inch chunk fresh turmeric root or 1/4 tsp. turmeric

Juice all ingredients, stir and enjoy.

    • I would check with your local health food store. Most of them have that.
