NEW JUICER – BEST JUICER I’VE USED!!
There’s a new juicer on the market that I’ve been using every day. The Namawell Vitality 5800.
I never thought I would fall in love with a masticating juicer….but I have.
Here’s what I like about it:
- Juice lasts longer; can store at least 48 hr. It doesn’t oxidize quickly like juice made from a centrifugal juicer
- You get significantly more juice than with a centrifugal juicer.
- It offers a very dry pulp. With my centrifugal juicer, a lot of pulp was leftover
- Preserves more vitamins and enzymes because of the pressing and slow action
- Makes juice taste better
- Quiet machine
So here’s my story.
Out of two bunches of celery that I often buy organic at Costco, I typically got about 15 ounces of juice with my centrifugal juicer. Now I’m getting about 22 ounces of juice from the same 2 bunches of celery with the Namawell juicer. The juicer ejects only a small amount of pulp and it is very dry. As I look at this factor alone, this Namawelll juicer is saving money.
PHOTO CAPTION: 3 glasses of celery juice with 2 bunches of celery. Typically I would get one and one-half glasses with a centrifugal juicer.
At some point, it will have paid for itself. And it’s easy to clean. I think you’ll love it, as I do. So if you’ve been thinking of upgrading your juicer or you want to get started juicing, I highly recommend the Namawell.
RECIPE OF THE DAY
Parsley-Fennel-Celery Delight
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 green lettuce leaf
- 2 ribs of celery with leaves
- 1 cucumber, peeled if not organic
- 1 lime, peeled if not organic
Cut produce to fit your juicer’s feed tube. Push the parsley through the juicer slowly, and follow with remaining ingredients. Pour into a glass, stir, and drink as soon as possible. Serves 2.
