Ginger…Give it a try.

We just returned from our Health & Wellness Cruise to the Caribbean. In one of my lectures aboard ship, I made ginger shots for everyone. When I downed about my ounce of straight ginger juice, my whole body felt like it was tingling. Talk about waking up your cells!  Give it a try.

Ginger offers many health benefits that include the following:

  • Contains gingerol, a substance with powerful medicinal properties
  • Can treat nausea and especially morning sickness
  • Can reduce muscle pain and soreness

Ginger Shots

Juice a 2-3 inch chunk of ginger root. 
You might want to chase it with an orange slice or a sip of juice.  It’s strong.
