COVID – FLU SEASON

No Fear – COVID PROTECTION

There are rumblings of a Covid variant return this fall. Do not fear. We learned last pandemic that masks, distancing, and vaccines didn’t work. People still got Covid. What did help people from getting really sick or not getting it at all was strengthening the immune system.

Here’s what I recommend you do:

Go on the offense. Double up on supplements. ALKALIZE your body—VIRUSES DON’T DO WELL IN AN ALKALINE ENVIRONMENT—DRINK MORE JUICE AND EAT MORE GREENS, VEGGIES, SEEDS, NUTS, AND FRUIT

TAKE THESE SUPPLEMENTS:

1.  NAC- N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) has shown the ability to block the attachment of damaging proteins (like the ones with the spikes)  to receptor sites. If they can’t attach, they can’t do much damage. It’s a precursor to glutathione— KEY IN DETOXIFCATION. Amino acids such as cysteine, glutamate, and glycine are also natural precursors of the food we eat. Foods high in glutathione precursors are broccoli, cauliflower, and asparagus. Vegetables with a high sulfur content LIIKE ONIONS yield naturally high glutathione levels. Toxins deplete glutathione.

NAC protects and restores the body before and after it has been exposed to certain chemicals, including radioactive dyes used to illuminate parts of the body during an MRI. Take 900 mg.

2. CURCUMIN— Studies show antiviral agent; inhibits Respiratory Syndrome Virus; studied as a preventative of COVID-19 Antioxidant, anti-microbial, anti-proliferative, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, and cardioprotective properties;

  • blocks the host viral interaction ( spike protein—ACE2 receptor)
  • 500-1000 mg daily

3. Zinc. If the immune system can’t stop a virus from replicating, it goes into overdrive and ramps up inflammation, especially in the lungs. This is what causes viral pneumonia. One of the fierce reactions to Covid-19 is an over-reactive immune response causing severe respiratory infection. A study from Ohio State University shows that zinc “helps control infections by gently tapping the brakes on the immune response in a way that prevents out-of-control inflammation that can be damaging and even deadly.”1 One of the symptoms of zinc deficiency is diminished taste and smell. One of the symptoms for some people with Covid-19 is loss of taste and smell. I have found no studies or information looking at this correlation, but I do find it interesting.

4. Quercetin. One of the most well-studied attributes of quercetin, however, is its antiviral capacity, which has been attributed to three main mechanisms of action:

  • Inhibiting the virus’ ability to infect cells    
  • Inhibiting replication of already infected cells            
  • Reducing infected cells’ resistance to treatment with antiviral medication

Research funded by the U.S. Department of Defense, published in 2007, found it lowers your risk of viral illness following extreme physical stress, which might otherwise undermine your immune function and render you more susceptible to infections. 

5. Probiotics—a large part of our immune system is in the gut.

6. Iodine—Take 3-4 drops of liquid iodine daily when sick

DIET

  • Eat raw garlic every day. Raw garlic has anti-viral properties.  It’s a big boost for your immune system. You can juice up a garlic shot— carrots, lemon, ginger and garlic. YOU CAN ADD TO SALADS. Or you can just finely chop up a clove at night and swallow it with water before going to bed.
  • Ginger — turmeric shots.  Juice 1 oz of ginger and 1 oz turmeric and mix with an ounce of lemon juice. Take this every day. It’s an immune builder in a shot glass.
  • Don’t eat any sugar. Sugar depresses the immune system. It beats out vitamin C and leaves immune cells weak and unable to fight like champs. Reduce alcohol. It turns to sugar quickly along with starches.
  • Homemade chicken soup really is “Jewish penicillin.” It has a mild anti-inflammatory effect according to a University of Nebraska Medical Center study. It slows the migration of white blood cells into the upper respiratory tract, which helps relieve symptoms.
  • Wheatgrass juice. Wheatgrass is a major immune builder. If you can’t juice wheatgrass, get SweetWheat. Watercress is also excellent.

OTHER THINGS YOU CAN DO

  • Get a  nebulizer. Amazon has them. Make this solution.

Nebulizer Solution

  • 3/4 tsp.  3% food-grade hydrogen peroxide
  • 1 tsp of pink Himalayan salt or you can purchase saline solution (premade)
  • 1-2 drops Lugol’s liquid iodine
  • Distilled water
  1. Put 2 cups distilled water in a pint-size jar. Add just under 1 tsp. of pink Himalayan salt. Shake really well. Add the food-grade hydrogen peroxide. Shake it up. You will have a lot of solution. Refrigerate; it will last a year. Add 1-2 drops of Lugol’s liquid iodine ONLY when ready to nebulize. Add 1/2 tsp. of nebulizer solution to the nebulizer. Then nebulize every hour. Use only a cold mist nebulizer. Taking high doses of vitamin C will help to deliver the hydrogen peroxide into your cells. Take 8,000 mg—4,000 mg twice a day.   • Get some sun. Vitamin D is an immune builder.
  • Tap your thymus gland each and every day.  It isa specialized primary lymphoid organ of the immune system where T cells mature. It is located in the upper anterior (front) part of your chest directly behind your sternum and between your lungs. This helps to stimulate the gland.
  • Sleep like your health depended on it. …because it does.  This is not the time to stay up late or push yourself. Lack of sleep can wreak havoc on your immune system.
  • Coffee enemas are helpful. Use only coffee specifically sold for enemas. This will help your liver dump toxins.
  • Monoclonal antibodies. Find an Urgent Care or other facility that administers them if you get sick. They really do help you feel better quickly.  Whatever you do, don’t take Remdesivir. (They may be changing the name; beware.)This drug can destroy kidney function causing the lungs to fill with fluid. This is based on a scientific study.   • Take a Detox Bath – (Nanobot Replication Inhibitor Detox Bath)

Detox Bath recipe:

  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1 cup Epsom salts
  • 1 cup borax
  • 1 cup pink Himalayan sea salt (never use white table salt that has no minerals)

Soak for at least 20 minutes; the longer the better

SPIRITUAL APPLICATION

1. Each morning set your intention and your prayer — Covid IS being disabled. It is not going to infect me or my family.

2. See the virus being destroyed.

3.  Pray that all those around you stay well and safe.

4.  Exchange fear for faith. We are to be prudent and to do all we can to stay safe and well, but we can’t afford fear. It destroys the immune system and the soul.  Faith is the antidote.
