Here are just a few of Cherie’s yummy recipes!

 

2 nectarines, pits removed

1 green apple

1 small handful fresh basil

1 lemon, peeled if not organic

Cut produce to fit your juicer’s feed tube. Juice ingredients and stir. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible.

Serves 1.

3–4 carrots, scrubbed well, green tops removed, ends trimmed

1 fennel bulb with fronds

1 orange, peeled

Cut produce to fit your juicer’s feed tube. Juice all ingredients. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible.

Serves 2.

1 handful parsley

1 green lettuce leaf

2 tomatoes

1 small handful cilantro

1-inch-chunk ginger root

1/2 cucumber, peeled if not organic

1/8 tsp. cumin

Dash of paprika

Dash of cinnamon

Cut produce to fit your juicer’s feed tube. Wrap parsley in lettuce leaf and push through juicer slowly. Juice the tomatoes, cilantro, ginger root, and cucumber. Stir in the herbs and spices. Pour into glasses and drink as soon as possible.

Serves 2.

1 small handful of mint

3 chard leaves

2 apples

1 lemon, peeled if not organic

Cut produce to fit your juicer’s feed tube. Wrap the mint in a chard leaf and push through your juicer. Follow with the remaining ingredients. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible.

Serves 1–2.

Hot peppers and parsley are rich in vitamin C; celery is a great source of natural sodium. Both are very beneficial for the adrenal glands.

1 handful of parsley

1 dark green lettuce leaf

4 carrots, scrubbed well, green tops removed, ends trimmed

2 tomatoes

2 stalks of celery with leaves

Dash of hot sauce

Dash of Celtic sea salt

Cut produce to fit your juicer’s feed tube. Wrap the parsley in the lettuce leaf and push through the juicer slowly. Juice all remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible.

Serves 2.

Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce arthritic joint pain and help combat oxidative damage to joints.

1 handful of flat leaf parsley

1 dark green lettuce leaf

3–4 carrots, scrubbed well, tops removed, ends trimmed

2 stalks of celery with leaves

2-inch-chunk ginger root

1 lemon, peeled if not organic
