LIVER/GALLBLADDER FLUSH

Do you Need A Liver/Gallbladder Flush?

Even thought the 30-day detox program starts Monday, I couldn’t wait to start my liver cleanse, which is week two of the detox program. I’ll be a little more than week ahead of everyone on the program. I’m on day 2 of my liver cleanse as I write my newsletter.  My life has changed already.  I didn’t need as much sleep last night and woke up refreshed.  My energy has kicked up a notch.  My sinuses have cleared. I’m filled with more joy! I have better focus and a confidence that I can get all the things done that I need to do.  (That was missing last week.) I’m so encouraged.

Here’s what a liver/gallbladder flush can do for you.  (If you don’t have a gallbladder, you need this even more.)

Why Everyone Should Do a Liver Flush

Our stressful carb-filled lives cause abuse to the liver and overtax it.  Illness or disease are inevitable if we don’t cleanse and rejuvenate it.To rebuild and repair the liver, it’s imperative that we:

  • Remove excess fat from the liver
  • Support the flow of bile
  • Flush out the toxins that have been stored in the liver
  • Dissolve or pass stones that are stored in the liver (yes the liver can get stones just like the gallbladder)
  • Regenerate damaged liver cells

Things That Harm the Liver

  • Overexertion
  • Overeating
  • Stress
  • Too much protein
  • Too many carbs, especially sugar (They get stored as fat in the liver.)
  • Alcohol
  • Heavy metals
  • Pesticides
  • Parasites
  • Lack of exercise

Benefits from cleansing you may never have heard

  • Hair stops falling out
  • Skin glows and you may get a face lift
  • Brain fog clears
  • You will enjoy life more

  1. I am glad to hear about this Liver Flush. I am rapidly loosing my hair and would love to know if there are other remedys for hair loss that you know of.
Thank you too for your Website. I enjoy your articles.

    • For hair loss, also eat no sweets, drink no wine, and eat only low sugar fruit. Sugar can make your hair fall out. Also, low thyroid can. Take iodine drops 1 or 2 per day. And take digestive enzymes. Ness #4 and 16 really helped me. I have them on my website.

  2. Darlene Cunningham

I was wondering how long should someone drink this drink and how many times a day? Why is the lemon peeled in this recipe? Thank you.

  3. I had the same questions exactly as Darlene! Also, this is juiced rather than blended?

  4. Why juiced and not blended? I don’t have a juicer. Also how often would you drink this?

  5. Happy for this liver flush juice but I need to know how long I need to
take it and how many times per day. Thank you

    • Take it once a day. This is part of a 7-day program, but you need to do all the other things too. This juice alone won’t do it.
