10 Signs You Need to Detox

  1. Fatigue or Low Energy

Are you continually turning to caffeine or energy drinks.  They actually and make the situation worse. They make the liver worse.  You probably need a liver cleanse if you have low energy.

And if you feel tired or lethargic in the morning, you may have low adrenal function.

  1. Constipation

Chronic constipation is a sign that your digestive system is out of balance. If you’ve tried increasing your water and fiber intake, exercising more, and eating more veggies with limited results, it could be that your body telling you a cleanse is needed. Indigestion is also a common sign. Years of waste in your colon, may be a problem.

  1. Brain Fog, Impaired Memory, Poor Focus

Are you often drifting off focus? Your body could be yelling at your to detoxify! An energy drink of a prescription pad is not going to do the trick. At the core of your foggy brain may be candida, heavy metals, and chemical toxins.  You may need a candida cleanse along with a complete body detox.

Your sexual organs may be off if there are too many toxins in the body. If your sexual performance and desire has gradually waned, it may not be aging, but rather a sign that you need to detox.

A headache may be your body’s signal that you need a detox. Really, your body doesn’t need a pain reliever.  The headache is a message. Try a detox.

  1. Soreness/Stiffness

How often do you wake up feeling stiff and sore even though you weren’t working out or pulling weeds? Toxins can cause inflammation.

  1. Skin Problems

Your skin is your largest organ of elimination.  If you are having skin troubles, chances are strong you need to detox.  Your skin should clear up in short order.

    Hi Cherie! I am not sure I can commit to a 30 day participation program, but I was wondering if you might have a book on this! I sure would like to try a detox. I do not have most of the listed detox signs, but I do have a persistent skin condition for which there is no known “cure” and I have always had problems losing weight. Hope to try your 10 day program when I have some time to carve out! Thanks so much for all you do!

    What does the cleanse have in it, what type of food, juices etc. as I have hith blood presser and pre-diabetic watching my numbers and need to lose 30lbs!
