Nature’s Energizing Drinks

If you’re fatigued, I recommend you take 1-2 teaspoons of raw organic apple cider vinegar mixed in water. You should notice a difference within a few minutes. Apple cider vinegar contains potassium and enzymes and offers a natural electrolyte solution. It also contains amino acids that can reduce lactic acid build-up in the body helping to relieve fatigue. Also if you suffer from heartburn, this could be a life changer. If it doesn’t turn that around, then mix baking soda in water. Drink 30 minutes before your meals.
Studies also show that apple cider vinegar helps lower cholesterol. “In a 2012 study, people with high levels of fat in their blood were asked to consume two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar twice daily for eight weeks. Surprisingly, it helped to significantly lower their blood lipids and triglyceride levels.” (https://www.thehealthsite.com/fitness/diet/feeling-fatigued-apple-cider-vinegar-can-boost-your-energy-instantly-750807/)
